18-year-old manga artist Kokoro Okizawa is insecure, socially isolated, and struggling to find his place in the world. After joining a teen Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) group, he tries to navigate therapy, family problems, failed relationships, and the everyday frustrations of being a young adult. But as his life slowly unravels, so does his perception of reality.
